The 2019 Smore ink is no longer available so I removed it.

put logos in place according to Maha's feedback, Jane's contribution
moved H1 headings outside of table which now has only the coordinators pics graphic. The headings inside the table were preventing the first two links in the ToC from working
I placed the ToC below the part of the page that says what this is and above where it says "choose a session from this year's offerings listed below". I changed the page title from Heading1 so it wouldn't appear in the ToC and adjusted its size in source view to 400% because all you get in the wysiwyg editor is 28pts. I changed the next few headings to Heading1 so only the individual sessions are Heading 2. I think this works best.
